I went shopping with Mel the other day, random TP’s based on keywords in search, I of course always opt for the bottom of the list and it pays off every time. The Keyword was Chicken – long story – the tp to was Sparrrow, which was confusing enough, the sim was Primary, and the find was Ordinary… a great store full of sculpted yummies.

You need to visit not just for these insanely fab boots, but just for the giggles, and believe me there are many…oh and some fantastic vintage furniture. The boots are Margay in black, and as a teen in the 80′s I wore converse to school, which was so against school rules, but then so was everything else I did in highschool.

The slight wedge heel, the almost knee high laced up lovelies, were a gamble, no demos to be found, but I had an instinct it would be love, and it is. Feeling nostalgic I wanted to recreate some 80′s feelings, and with the Pill Sunglasses I was able to feel the moment. They are from Shade Throne and you actually get 6 pairs of different contrasts for the one low price, a bargain for sure and so funna.

The dress is all we did back then, modded tshirts and sweaters and did crazy things with tubes of ribbed fabric, no seriously we did, there wasn’t a safety pin safe for the whole decade, if you had a teen and a baby in the same house, chances are its nappy was falling down a lot, not the teen the babies :P. The Pin Up Sweater Dress is from WigWamBam, it’s got a definite chopped up sweater look to it, with the ribbed hemline and the grey cotton, and screen printing wooohooo.

Wanting more of that pink in the print, I went looking for tights and gloves, which was so then, deciding that the strapping socks and gloves from the Lilith Set from Dark Eden definitely fit the bill, I tinted it in appearances using the candykill lighter pink as the base.

Marni Grut of Royal Blue came in a winner with the Love Stone Pendant in Silver and Onyx, its fabulous and comes with both chest and spine attachment options, which is just too cool. Marni has been firing up with some fantastic accessories lately and not shown but definitely a must is the Cuffs she recently gave to her Subscribo Group, so while you are there getting the necklaces , join her subscribo and fish around history, they are gorgeous.

Zobovic has released Brand New Hair, this is Ashlee and is so new that it hasn’t even been announced yet, but I was able to sneak in while it was being put in the store lol. Tuli recently announced her picks rewards system, if you put her store in your picks, then 24-48 hours later go back to her store, then you can be the lucky recipiant of this divine skin in the Hope range that is due to be released soon. It has beautiful make up, that is definitely perfect for this colour scheme and very retro without being over the top, which regardless of what anyone says was not so bad and not always the case :p.

Now I am off to dance on a school canteen table top and pretend Im in the FAME school, Ciao for now.
